Bayle's cloud is an irregular galaxy 214 million light-years from the milky way in the constellation of Perseus. Some of its stars were scanned by SCART for any habitable planets, and a few were determined to have life. Note that it is not a starburst galaxy. It is under the ownership of the humans, having sent many colonies there.
The following systems are very notable for containing habitable planets with life, or some other perculiarity.
more will be added.
